About The Position

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay rate for this part-time position is $16 per hour. WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio representing 350+ of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S. A typical day at one of our fitness front desks As an NFC Amenity Fitness/Spa Front Desk Associate, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first person residents and guests interact with when they arrive at the facility. Our Fitness Front Desk Associates are the heart" of the operation. After warmly welcoming guests, you will ensure they receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the fitness center until they leave. Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents and guests feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, management, and guests.
• Warmly welcome members, residents, and guests as they enter the facility, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Efficiently handle check-ins, including verifying memberships, IDs, and processing payments for services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, class schedules, and other inquiries.
• Advise and remind guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Address guests' concerns or issues professionally and courteously, escalating to management as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the display of marketing materials and literature.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services to assist guests effectively.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
