About The Position

The Fitness Desk Attendant will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members and guests, while maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the fitness center. Students - We offer flexible schedules during the school year!

Requirements

• Customer service background preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering their questions
• Checking members into the system
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments and making reservations
• Using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintaining beverage station and towel station
• Maintaining laundry
• Assisting in cleaning the fitness center, locker rooms, and equipment
