Job Description Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking A M Fitness Desk Attendant | Weekend for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa! Requirements

  • 6 months experience and training in similar position in the hotel/resort/guest service industry.
  • Helpful to have some computer experience as well as MICROS experience.
  • Must have excellent phone skills.
  • The Associate is often required to stand, walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Responsibilities

  • Know and greet members by name.
  • Registering member/guests by last name first, first name last and always get proper billing information, requests and gender preference.
  • Maintain cleanliness of locker room and wet areas throughout pm shifts.
  • Assist in keeping all Fitness/Tennis storage space clean and organized.
  • Review communication log book at the start of each shift.
  • Record information regarding member/guest issues, housekeeping, engineering, pools, hot tubs and steam rooms to shift supervisor/manager.
  • Complete and initial all opening and closing checklist and turn into shift supervisor/manager.
  • Know current hours of operation for the following areas: Fitness, Spa Salon, Kid's Club, Spa Shop, Coffee Market, Aquatics, Tennis and Pool Cabana.
