The Fitness Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the staff of the community Fitness Centers, operations, financial reporting, and programs/services for the Client Company and the residents while exercising good judgment and maintaining the excellence standards set forth by the Management Company. The Fitness Coordinator assists the Fitness Director and acts as the primary liaison between the staff, Management Company, and Director. The position requires the Fitness Coordinator to independently think and creatively control the development, implementation, and evaluation of ongoing innovative programming and find creative ways to welcome new participants. The Fitness Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations and work closely with staff, community members, vendors, and independent contractors. The Fitness Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality control and working with their supervisor and other key contacts to ensure that the Management Company is providing the best possible service to the Client Company and the residents.
