About The Position
As a BODY20 Fitness Concierge, you are more than a Sales Associate — you are the heartbeat of the studio experience. You’ll curate the energy, tell our story, and begin the journey for every member who walks through our doors. From designing eye-catching marketing materials to leading community activations, you’ll connect people to cutting-edge EMS technology that redefines what’s possible in just 20 minutes. Requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, approachable, and confident presence
- A genuine passion for health, technology, and transformation
- Creative mindset with experience or interest in marketing, content creation, and basic design
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Availability for early morning shifts

- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face and voice of BODY20 — delivering exceptional first impressions
- Build meaningful relationships with members and local businesses to grow the community
- Participate in local events, wellness pop-ups, and partnerships to promote the BODY20 brand
- Be Dependable and Guide prospective members through the BODY20 experience — from curiosity to commitment
- Deliver personalized service and follow-up to ensure every member feels seen and supported
- Collaborate with your team to create a motivating, high-vibe studio environment
- Support and execute local marketing initiatives — manage social media engagement, assist in digital campaigns, and track marketing performance
- Design and produce marketing collateral including flyers, in-studio displays, social posts, and community outreach materials that align with BODY20 brand standards
