About The Position

The Fitness Coach position at Corporate Health Unlimited is a full-time role focused on enhancing member experiences through exceptional customer service, personal training, and group fitness participation. The coach will be responsible for maintaining the fitness center's cleanliness, promoting fitness programs, and delivering tailored exercise programs to meet clients' health and wellness goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year experience in a fitness center is preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Current CHU approved Personal Training and/or Group Fitness certification is required.
• Background in teaching group exercise and/or personal training is necessary.
• Skilled in safe and effective forms of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility training.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the operation, including member sign-up and onboarding.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fitness center, including locker room amenities and fitness floor organization.
• Work with the team to create fun and interactive activities to motivate members to work out.
• Promote, market, and facilitate virtual and in-person personal coaching sessions with members.
• Design individual and group exercise programs tailored to clients' needs and goals.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts for all clients.
• Teach group fitness classes as applicable.
• Personal train members for additional compensation as preferred.
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing plans for club initiatives throughout the year.
• Operate the membership management system to keep accurate member information.
• Assist in other areas of the fitness center as needed.
