Requirements
- AED/CPR certification (required).
- Current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company (required).
- A team player with a passion for fitness and a genuine desire to change lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, full-body group workouts.
- Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.
- Ensure safe and correct form, offering guidance and corrections as needed.
- Stay sharp on the science behind our workouts and what sets Orangetheory apart from the competition.
- Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and maintain an engaging workout environment.
