The Position As an F45 Coach, you will lead high-energy group workouts, ensuring a motivating and inclusive experience for all members. Requirements

Character, care, and communication skills
Energetic and attentive
Preferably with experience working, or training, in a fitness or sports environment.
Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate members during team-based, F45 workouts.
Create an inclusive and supportive environment where all members feel motivated to succeed.
Set up, break down, clean, and organize studio equipment before and after classes.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment at all times.
Uphold studio standards and procedures during opening and closing.
Conduct studio tours and assist potential members with inquiries about F45 and its offerings.
Handle light service desk duties as needed.
Demo and Co-Lead all types of F45 Workouts
Lead a minimum of 9 classes per week, including two weekends per month
Correct exercise form and provide modifications for different fitness levels to prevent injuries.
Participate in ongoing training and development, to include required F45 Academy courses to stay current and compliant with F45 programming.
Promote and sell F45 services in the studio, assisting in membership growth and retention.
Conduct goal-oriented consultations with all trial members to assess fitness levels and help set personal goals.
Provide personalized coaching and feedback to ensure members are achieving their fitness goals safely.
