About The Position
Join Our Team at SWEAT440 Austin! We are looking for passionate individuals to fill the role of Fitness Coach. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic and high-energy environment and are enthusiastic about fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in our studio, combining coaching with sales to create an inviting atmosphere for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for guests entering the studio, helping to ease any intimidation they may feel as they embark on their fitness journey. Your presence will not only welcome them but also encourage them to become part of our community. This is a part-time position that requires availability during our busiest times, including mornings and evenings, as well as weekends as needed. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20, along with the potential to earn up to 20% commission on completed sales each month. This unique role allows you to leverage your coaching skills while also engaging in sales, making it an exciting opportunity for those who are both fitness enthusiasts and sales-oriented. As a certified Zone 1 Coach, you will primarily work in Zone 1 of our studio, but you will also have the flexibility to coach in other zones as needed. Your ability to meet and exceed sales targets will be essential, and you will receive support from a second coach during sales interactions.
