About The Position
The Personal Trainer at UFC Gym is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering exceptional member service through private training sessions. This role is pivotal in helping members achieve their fitness goals while also contributing to the revenue generation of the gym through private training and supplement sales. The Personal Trainer must embody the UFC Gym philosophy of 'Train Different' and be a brand ambassador for the gym, promoting a culture of service, science, and sales. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and organization on the fitness floor, ensuring that all training sessions are conducted safely and effectively. In addition to conducting private and small group training sessions, the Personal Trainer will assist members in their fitness journeys by encouraging participation in private training and providing guidance on program design and execution. The role also involves administrative responsibilities, such as accurately documenting client programs, tracking measurements, and managing workout logs to adhere to national certification standards. The Personal Trainer is expected to achieve personal monthly revenue objectives set by the company, which includes sales from training sessions and supplements. The position requires a proactive approach to member engagement, including conducting guest tours and executing effective prospecting strategies through activities like Starter Sessions. The Personal Trainer must be prepared to work on weekends and maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude while responding to inquiries from guests, members, and staff. Overall, this role is essential in fostering a supportive and motivating environment for members to achieve their fitness goals.
