About The Position

Innovative Attraction Management partners with premier destinations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Fitness Class Instructor to lead invigorating morning classes for guests at the stunning Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center.

Become a part of our wellness team and inspire guests to start their day with energy and intention. You will lead a signature body weight fitness class in a beautiful resort setting, helping visitors maintain their wellness routines while traveling.

Requirements

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM) or equivalent specialty certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Ability to design and lead creative, equipment-free workouts that are scalable for various fitness levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional with a guest-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Formal yoga training or experience (Yoga Alliance RYT® is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, effective, and motivating 60-minute fitness class utilizing body weight exercises
• Welcome and engage with guests of all fitness levels, creating an inclusive and positive environment.
• Set up the class space before guests arrive and ensure the area is clean and tidy after class.
• Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique to prevent injury.
• Provide clear verbal instructions and modifications to accommodate beginners and challenge advanced participants.
• Represent Innovative Attraction Management and the Gaylord Pacific Resort with a high level of professionalism.
