About The Position

The Fitness Center Operations Attendant is responsible for the member entry process, point of sale functions, information dissemination, incoming telephone calls, and completing all cleaning assignments in a timely manner. Attendant is expected to provide the highest quality service standards, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and to greet all members and guest entering the LifeStyles Fitness Center.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Customer service and/or housekeeping service experience
• Front desk customer service experience in a health and fitness center preferred
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Current BLS certification
