Fitness Attendant
About The Position
Bonita National Golf and Country Club is seeking a Fitness Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Summary: Bonita National is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for a private club fitness center. Responsibilities include greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs, answering phones and member inquiries, scheduling training and other appointments, performing minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment, and performing opening and closing duties when needed.
Requirements
- Must possess familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment
- Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job
- Must be member service oriented and possess a professional manner
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Interest in fitness required
Nice To Haves
- CPR Certification preferred
- Previous experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs
- Answering phones and member inquiries
- Scheduling training and other appointments
- Performing minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment
- Performing opening and closing duties when needed
- Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club
- Serve as a point of control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so
- Provide professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether in person or by phone
- Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible
