About The Position

The Fitness & Athletic Sales Representative at D1 Training is a part-time role focused on driving sales and customer engagement within a dynamic fitness environment. The representative will be responsible for making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and selling D1's products and services while providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position is integral to the growth of the facility and requires a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years in sales.
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting, ideally in the fitness or athletics industry.
• Must have some knowledge of general fitness and athletics.
• Must be a high-energy individual.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
• Nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Logging and managing all client notes and contacts correctly.
• Prescribing and selling the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
• Collaborating with the General Manager to drive success at the facility.
