Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to join our Recruiting team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, scheduling trial workouts and consultations, and promoting all D1 products and services. Requirements
- Energetic Personality : A vibrant and enthusiastic demeanor that motivates and engages others.
- Sales Experience : At least 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Service Background : A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Appointment Setting: At least 1 year of experience in setting appointments, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding target KPI's
Responsibilities
- Proactive Outreach : Make daily outbound calls to leads, prioritizing prompt and effective communication.
- Lead Nurturing : Guide potential clients through the sales process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Data Management : Accurately log and manage client transactions, interactions and notes to maintain organized records.
- Customized Solutions : Recommend and sell services tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
