About The Position

Workout Anytime is growing and looking for a high-energy, motivated Fitness Appointment & Membership Specialist to help expand our reach. You’ll contact new leads, book gym tours and success sessions, and help new and existing members take the next step in their fitness journey. This is a results-driven role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be rewarded for performance.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing leads via phone, text, and messaging
• Schedule membership consultations and fitness success sessions
• Confirm all appointments to ensure high show rates
• Follow up with no-shows and rebook promptly
• Track all activity in CRM with accuracy
• Participate in weekly performance and coaching sessions
