About The Position

The Fitness Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling fitness memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals. This role involves engaging with potential members, conducting fitness assessments, and creating personalized fitness plans to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
