What You Will Be Doing The FJ FitLAB Intern will support the FootJoy FitLAB experience by assisting with day-to-day operations at Tier 1 green grass facilities and select marquee events across the U.S. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality performance footwear fitting experience through hands-on operational support, consumer engagement, and collaboration with FJ associate fitters. The intern will help ensure the FitLAB environment is organized, functional, and ready to support both consumer fittings and event execution. What You Will Bring Interest in customer-facing roles, sports performance, or premium retail experiences Ability to engage with consumers in a professional, approachable manner Willingness to perform hands-on work, including setup, breakdown, and physical tasks Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to support events and travel as needed Additional Requirements: Must have a personal vehicle to travel to and from events. Must be enrolled full time in a 2 or 4 year college Knowledge of the game of golf is strongly preferred Duration of Role: End of May- Middle of August 2026 Internship Locations: Stamford, CT and Greenwich, CT Each intern will live in primary location with travel required to other key markets. Requirements
