We are seeking a FIT Technician to join our team, reporting to the FIT Supervisor and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in-office role. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with technical documentation and operating instructions
  • Ability to read and understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Electrical Single Line Diagrams
  • Understanding of various Troubleshooting Methodologies
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Manufacturing experience (Desired)
  • Understanding of key NFPA 70E safety requirements (Desired)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and administer Testing Protocol(s)
  • Learn and execute Bloom Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) build configuration and operation
  • Perform required preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Apprentice on leading and executing troubleshooting activities
  • Communicate cross-functionally to highlight and resolve key Quality concerns
  • Provide updates to upper-management as to the status of Testing Cycles
  • Learn and execute requirements concerning the Documentation of all aspects of testing, including final assessment, quality concerns and testing anomalies
  • Responsible for safely conducting testing at the Manufacturing Center or remote locations
