The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers. This role supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, replenishing shelves, maintaining product expertise through training, staying knowledgeable of advertised sales, assisting with seasonal merchandise moves, restocking, and keeping the work area clean and stocked. The Outfitter provides a legendary experience by assisting customers in making buying decisions, identifying needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
