The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information, assistance, and direction to customers. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The Outfitter is expected to demonstrate products, replenish shelves according to merchandising guidelines, and maintain expertise through ongoing product knowledge training. They must remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintain accurate pricing and signing, and assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves. Additionally, the Outfitter is responsible for restocking merchandise, keeping their work area clean, neat, and well-stocked, and adhering to all Company Policies and Procedures. A key aspect of the role is providing a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions through identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
