About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fishbowl Inventory Manager to own and manage our Fishbowl Inventory Management system as we move into full implementation. This is a newly created mission-critical role within our growing distribution operation. We've already purchased Fishbowl and built out the foundation - now we're in the final stages and ready to fully launch. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys building and maintaining strong systems, and wants to be the go-to expert for inventory integrity. Requirements

3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience working directly with Fishbowl Inventory (required)
Strong work ethic with a high level of ownership and accountability
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining clean, reliable data
Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Fishbowl Inventory Management system
Finalize implementation and ensure system accuracy and best practices
Maintain item setup, units of measure, BOMs, locations, and inventory rules
Manage inventory controls including cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations
Partner with warehouse, purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
Identify process improvements and help optimize inventory workflows
Troubleshoot Fishbowl-related issues and provide internal support as needed
Collaborate with the Shopify team to ensure seamless integration
