About The Position

Chula Seafood South Scottsdale is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Fish-Tender to join their team. A Fish-Tender is more than just a server; they are the core of the front-of-house experience, handling orders, running food, packing fresh seafood, and supporting the kitchen with energy and a smile. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth within Chula Seafood, a brand recognized as one of Arizona’s most beloved seafood establishments and recently named Best Seafood Restaurant 2025 by Yelp. Founded in 2015, Chula Seafood is committed to providing responsibly sourced, restaurant-quality seafood directly from their family-owned fishing vessel in Point Loma, CA, to the desert. The South Scottsdale location is the original home base and remains central to the company's operations, known for its high standards, chef-driven menus, and welcoming hospitality.

Requirements

• 2+ years serving or bartending experience required
• High-volume service & multitasking skills
• Strong money-handling & POS experience
• Comfortable with opening and closing duties
• Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
