Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
• Experience in accurately cutting and preparing fish
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
• Passion for food and sushi preparation
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
• Accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish
• Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Learn and prepare sushi according to Kura standards
• Work as a team player and go above and beyond in service
