About The Position

Kura Sushi USA is seeking Fish Cutters to join our team, known as the Kura Krew, who are passionate about food, culture, and providing a unique dining experience. As pioneers of the revolving sushi concept, we are committed to preparing and providing fresh, tasty, and quality food to our guests. Fish Cutters will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and portioning fish while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in accurately cutting and preparing fish is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
