About The Position

The Fish Creek Town Dock is looking for an Assistant Dockmaster for the 2025 Season! The position will run from May 15th to October 15th. The Assistant Dockmaster will assist the Dockmaster in all office functions, supervise dock staff and maintain records when the Dockmaster isn't present. General boating experience and knowledge is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old with valid WI Driver's License.
• Ability to work well without direct supervision.
• Capable of organizing and supervising others.
• Ability to handle financial transactions.
• Must work well with the public and coworkers.
• Previous boating experience preferred.
• Boating Safety Verification, town will assist in obtaining.
• Must be able to swim.

Nice To Haves

• General boating experience and knowledge preferred.
• Previous boating experience preferred.
