The Fiscal Operations Officer 2 plays a critical role in overseeing and managing financial operations of the County of Adams. In this role, you will develop implementation plans and educational materials to reflect new regulations, bulletins and polices. This position reviews and monitors program budget, receipts, and expenditures. You will be responsible for educating management teams and agency staff of fiscal regulations, compliance and impact of non-compliance. A main function of this position is to inform administrators regarding funds available and financial performance-budget versus actual expenditures/revenues.
