About The Position

The Oregon Military Department is a state agency that supports the Oregon National Guard. You are NOT required to be a member of the Oregon National Guard to apply for this position. The Oregon Military Department is recruiting for a Fiscal Analyst 1. This is a permanent full-time state position located at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This position is represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees' (AFSCME) union. NOTE: This recruitment announcement will be used to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur. Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public or Non-Profit Management, Finance, Accounting or a related degree (such as Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics or other analytical or technical degree).
• Three (3) years of experience in management, policy or program analysis, or technical-level budgetary support activities.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with people of varying backgrounds, including landowners, federal, state and local government agencies and civil engineers and computer specialists.
• Skills and experience using computers including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Master Cooperative Agreement Funds and Contracts.
• Sustainment restoration and maintenance (SRM) funds and contracts.
• Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds and contracts.
• Serves as back up Production Controller.
