Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in core banking platforms, with strong expertise in FIS Systematics ALS (Lending module)

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in loan servicing domain, particularly consumer lending (installment loans, mortgages, lines of credit)
• Hands-on experience with core banking modernization or migration programs, including legacy-to-cloud or legacy-to-COTS transformations
• Demonstrated experience in functional decomposition, system mapping, and fit-gap analysis across legacy and target platforms
• Experience leading or supporting data migration efforts, including data mapping, reconciliation, and validation strategies
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, with experience acting as a Scrum Master or delivery lead
• Ability to work across business and technology teams, translating functional requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Experience with Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL) or similar modern lending platforms
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, APIs, and microservices-based integration patterns
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred) and modern DevOps practices
• Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience working in large-scale financial services transformation programs (Tier 1 banks or credit unions)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FIS Systematics ALS (Lending module), providing deep functional and technical insights into loan origination, servicing, and lifecycle management
• Lead the functional decomposition of ALS, breaking down legacy capabilities into modular components and mapping them to target capabilities in Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL)
• Drive end-to-end loan migration strategy and execution, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning from ALS to OBRL
• Define and support fit-gap analysis between Systematics ALS and OBRL, identifying required enhancements, workarounds, and integration patterns
• Partner with architecture, integration, and data teams to define target-state lending architecture, APIs, and domain boundaries aligned with modernization goals
• Act as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead, facilitating agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and refine consumer lending servicing requirements, including payments, interest, amortization, delinquency, and servicing events
• Ensure alignment of solutions with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to consumer lending (e.g., CFPB, servicing standards)
• Support testing strategy and execution, including defining test scenarios, validating migrated loan data, and ensuring functional parity and quality
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-workstream impacts in a multi-core coexistence environment
