• High School Diploma/GED
• Less than 1 year Trade work Experience
• Less than 1 year Skills Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Assists craftsmen in the completion of assigned duties
• Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Support troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve system issues.
• Learn and apply industry standards and best practices under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in training programs and certifications to advance technical knowledge.
• Requires attending class after working hours 2 nights a week when classes are in session
