About The Position
The First Year Experience (FYE) Librarian at Monroe Community College plays a vital role in enhancing student success by integrating information literacy into the curriculum and improving the first-year experience for students. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate undergraduate research and positively impact student retention and achievement. The librarian will also serve as a liaison to one of the Schools at the college, leading library engagement, teaching, and research services tailored to that School's needs.
