Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience in academic advising, finance, enrollment, admissions, or a related field.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• High level of service orientation and customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of university business processes such as admissions and financial aid.
• Ability to build effective professional relationships with diverse groups.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Three or more years in higher education.

Responsibilities
