The Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience (DCX) will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers interact with our brand across digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our users. You will own the mobile app, web, and digital platforms, driving innovation and optimization to increase user engagement, self service, mortgage production, customer satisfaction, and retention. The First Vice President Business - Product Management is responsible for creating and managing the Product Owner and business analysis teams for a major technology initiative. As the FVP - Product Manager, you will provide ongoing business analysis support to maintain and enhance all applicable applications as a result of the deployment of the new platform. The First VP Product Management will: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for our mobile app, web, and digital platforms, aligning with the overall business goals. Manage key stakeholder relationships. Deeply understand our customers' needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and feedback loops. Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, outlining key initiatives to enhance the digital customer experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to bring your product vision to life. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prototyping to launch and optimization. Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure product success, and inform decision-making. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
