About The Position

Mack is currently looking for a first shift manufacturing supervisor to coordinate and direct, as well as provide training and leadership to hourly employees at its East Arlington plant in Arlington, Vt. Key responsibilities include ensuring daily schedule, quality and production goals are met; troubleshooting problems as required; and providing technical leadership for the department, including recommending and implementing equipment, process and material enhancements. This role calls for an analytical problem solver with a mind for continuous improvement who can utilize workforce utilization, space requirements and work flow - including design layouts for equipment and workspace - coupled with research to make recommendations on production and auxiliary equipment procurement, identify new technologies and establish expansion plans.
