At our core, we're a company that believes we can always create a better way. Quad Lomira is hiring First Press Operators for both our Offset and Gravure department! This position is responsible for set up and operation of Press equipment to customer-supplied specifications while maintaining production by planning and organizing jobs and continuously monitoring quality. Additionally, Press Operators are responsible for cleanliness and keeping press maintained mechanically. Will be responsible for supervision of direct reports on Press, including giving direction to, training, and monitoring work of press crew and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Performs job duties in accordance with company safety rules. Performs proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning of press. Performs other duties as assigned.
