Position Responsibilities: Manages, develops and motivates employees across multiple Quality Management Job Families Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations Successfully implements solutions in an ever-evolving environment by relying on problem-solving, data, and analysis to drive decisions Provides education and coaching on the Quality System Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry 5+ years leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role 5+ years in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) Ability to work on the production floor supporting on-product conformance determinations Ability to travel occasionally as needed Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. AS9100) Experience working execution to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments 10 + years in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality 10+ years working with cross-functional leadership doing collaborative problem solving while building lasting relationships Precision in written and verbal communication Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements

  • 10+ years in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
