About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First Line Manufacturing Managers to support the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves managing employees across multiple manufacturing disciplines, developing business plans, and fostering a culture of quality and safety. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ensuring team success and adherence to Boeing's values and standards.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
• 1+ years of leadership experience directing a team in daily operations.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

• Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles.
• Familiar with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts.
• Experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Manufacturing data.
• Degree or Certificate in Business, Management, Engineering, IE, PE, Aeronautical Sciences, Technology Field, Project Management, or other relevant disciplines.
