About The Position
Required to master more detailed food preparation adhering to standardized recipes and production requirements. Adheres to HACCP procedures for all prep and food safety and maintains records as required. Meets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers. Full Time 6am-2:30 pm Monday-Friday Rotating Weekends & Holiday
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment Required
Nice To Haves
- Trade School Culinary Degree Preferred
- General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers Preferred
- ServSafe Certification Preferred
