About The Position

The First Cook role performs a variety of duties normally performed in serving customers, preparing food, transporting and emptying trash receptacles, cleaning the kitchen, serving and seating areas, assisting in receiving and storing stock, cashiering, checking and recording hot and cold temperatures and washing dishes.

Requirements

• Previous experience demonstrating the ability to perform safe food handling, prep and sanitation techniques required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Possess computer and computerized cash register skills
• Ability to handle cash, make change and count money as required by some duties.
