The First Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the store team to deliver a consistent brand experience and excellent customer service. This role contributes to achieving store sales goals, meets service and selling expectations, and ensures adherence to store operations standards. The Assistant Manager oversees the store and staff in the absence of full-time management and partners with the store leader in recruiting, hiring, developing, and scheduling associates.
