About The Position

Overview Responsible for verifying user interface and machine functionality according to its Design Specification ( s ) . Test laundry equipment, control boards, and any other ancillary controls or systems to validate that the machines are in line with specific regulations, standards and guidelines set forth by Engineering and Marketing. Responsibilities Verify operation aligns with machine specific documentation and requirements Use simulation and scenario testing Perform testing on test boxes and actual machines Accurately document all test activities, including steps, time, methods, and materials Identify and document inconsistencies in issue tracking system Log progress of control and machine verification Maintain accurate reports of all testing Final validation testing prior to design freezes and releases Organize and assist with lab machine updates Communicate clearly with firmware developers and other software evaluators to ensure issues are identified and corrected Qualifications Education & Experience : High school degree or equivalent is Experience with issue tracking systems is a plus ( YouTrack , GitHub) Skills and Abilities: Hands on contributor with strong written and oral communication skills Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms Self-motivated Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent time management skills Good working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to compile and organize findings, comprehensive details, and data retrieved before presenting it to Engineers Ability to work in a project team environment Strong attention to detail and a focus on business priorities Work under minimal direction and guided by project objectives Travel: Ability to travel up to 5 % Standard and Physical Requirements: Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent is
