About The Position
The Firm Order Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the acquisitions of all single-title items purchased via credit card and direct from vendors, including print books, ebooks, DVDs, CDs, streaming videos, PDF files, and dissertations. This role involves ordering, receiving, invoicing, posting, reconciling, processing, and claiming of single title orders (electronic and print). The position also performs detailed, independent copy-cataloging and quality control on various media formats. The Auraria Library serves over 45,000 students and aims to provide high-quality, diverse, inclusive, and equitable Learning Material collections to support the educational mission of the university.
