About The Position
Fireside Hearth & Home (FHH) is looking to add a Retail Sales Associate in Madison, WI. Fireside Hearth & Home is the world's largest and leading fireplace installing distributor and retail dealer in North America and a subsidiary of Hearth & Home Technologies - the largest manufacturer of fireplace products and an HNI Corporation operating company. FHH is a team of 400+ hearth experts located across 6 regions, 12 states and 29 branches across the USA. This position is accountable to meet or exceed FHH retail sales goals by selling hearth products, services, and accessories. The position must provide best-in-class consumer buying experiences by engaging retail store guests, developing a whole-hearth solution to meet their needs, and driving the sale to completion.
