About The Position

This job is a safety sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Gwinnett County Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace. Applicants must pass a comprehensive background investigation including criminal, controlled substance, driving, employment history checks, an oral interview, medical exam including drug screen, psychological and physical agility testing.

Requirements

• Must have one of the following certifications: National Registry Paramedic or State of Georgia Paramedic.
• Must attach a copy of High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate and current Paramedic certification card with the application.
• Must have State of Georgia Paramedic certification prior to final job offer.
