This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, and ADA requirements. The position also requires knowledge and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures, ensuring profitability by managing food costs, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth. Leadership is a key component, as the individual will guide the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture and mission. Additionally, the role includes assisting the GM in implementing operations game plans and company initiatives, participating in employee management, and ensuring all required programs and reports are accurate and timely.
