This role involves leading firearm sales and ensuring compliance with ATF, state, local laws, and company policies, including specific firearm forms. The Team Leader guides Sales Outfitters in firearm safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards. Key responsibilities include contributing to departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage, and payroll goals, as well as executing merchandising directives and maintaining plan-o-grams. The position also entails fostering a positive shopping experience, assisting with staffing, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and resolving customer and associate issues. The Team Leader is expected to maintain high customer service standards, act as a product expert, conduct product demonstrations, and support special events, pricing integrity, and inventory accuracy. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, ensuring a harassment-free environment. The role emphasizes providing a legendary customer experience by identifying needs, making product recommendations, and promoting company programs.
