Fire/Water Mitigation Operations Manager

Paul Davis restoration startup launching in South Jersey. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build and lead a mitigation department from day one . Ideal for an experienced Lead Tech or Supervisor who’s ready for management but hasn’t been given the chance to truly own a team, processes, and results. Requirements
- Strong leader with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in mitigation, restoration, or related trades
- Ability to lead diverse teams and make real-time decisions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
- Desire to grow, learn, and continuously improve
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop mitigation crews responding to water, fire, and mold losses
- Direct jobs to be completed on budget, on time, and to Paul Davis standards
- Run daily team huddles and ensure crews are job-ready
- Meet with customers and adjusters on site to resolve issues professionally
- Re-inspect job sites for quality control and customer satisfaction
- Maintain properly stocked trucks, equipment, and inventory
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
