Paul Davis restoration startup launching in South Jersey. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build and lead a mitigation department from day one . Ideal for an experienced Lead Tech or Supervisor who’s ready for management but hasn’t been given the chance to truly own a team, processes, and results. Requirements

  • Strong leader with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in mitigation, restoration, or related trades
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and make real-time decisions
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
  • Desire to grow, learn, and continuously improve

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop mitigation crews responding to water, fire, and mold losses
  • Direct jobs to be completed on budget, on time, and to Paul Davis standards
  • Run daily team huddles and ensure crews are job-ready
  • Meet with customers and adjusters on site to resolve issues professionally
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain properly stocked trucks, equipment, and inventory
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
