About The Position

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for delivering and maintaining fire training props, trailers, equipment, and program resources. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously, makes deliveries and manages numerous details. Manages time, work assignments, and deadlines. Operates small tools and equipment, safely operates vehicles towing light to heavy trailers. Variable work schedule may include nights and weekends with statewide travel. Works as a member of the MFSI team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Maine Class A drivers’ license with Hazardous Materials endorsement preferred.
• Experience working with deadlines and multitasking.
• Mechanical aptitude and small engine and equipment repair experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Fire Department experience.
