What You Will Be Doing: Assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings throughout New York Metropolitan area and Long Island. Being a positive and professional representative of Encore while dealing with customers, directly and indirectly Must have the ability to work alone and in team settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawing s to ensure proper system layout and installation. Perform system repairs and troubleshooting to correct leaks, pressure issues, and component failures. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspection reports. Ensure job site safety compliance with company policies and OSHA standards. Train and mentor apprentices or helpers as assigned. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and coworkers What You'll Need to Do it: Whether you have been in the trade for a while or are just starting out, we encourage you to apply if you have the 'can-do' attitude to get things done and take pride in your work. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, inspection, or service.
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards (especially NFPA 13 and 25).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
