Responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing fire sprinkler systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company quality and safety requirements. Requirements

  • High school and 3+ years of fire sprinkler service or installation experience
  • strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA standards
  • ability to read and interpret system drawings and specifications
  • mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer skills, email

Nice To Haves

  • NICET certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Perform service, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.
  • Diagnose system issues and identify required repairs or corrective actions.
  • Conduct system testing, flushing, and functional checks.
  • Document service activities, deficiencies, and corrective actions accurately.
  • Communicate system status and service needs with customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with inspectors, project managers, and other technicians as needed.
  • Maintain service vehicles, tools, and inventory.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Support emergency and on-call service requests as required.
